Here’s what to expect from the process

First Contact

Contact us to discuss the project. What we need to know firstly is how many views you are needing, what is your time frame and what CAD system you use along with what file type you can provide us of your model.

Project Kick Off

You send us your project in a CAD file, materials, colours, and a general idea of views, rooms and angles. The more information you can give us about anything look and feel you are going for the better. This will help us know from the outset what you are wanting.

Feedback & Subsequent Iterations

We will check in with you a few times throughout the development process to make sure that you are happy with how your vision is coming to life.

Key points of contact will be to:

  • Make sure you are happy with views and angles. Tweaks can be made along the way.
  • Check that you are satisfied with the accuracy of colours and materials used.
  • And finally we will check in with you and see if you are happy with furniture, objects, landscaping and overall feel of the render.

You can be as involved (or not involved) as you like.

What type of renders can you do?

We are experienced in stand-alone houses and townhouses. If commercial is what you are after we will work out a discounted rate for our first commercial client.

How much will it cost?

Depends on how many renders you want, if you want them incontext or not and if we need to charge a modeling fee. Please message us for a pricing plan.

Will there be a modeling fee?

Depends on a few things like how much modeling has already been done and what file type you can send us. Contact us to discuss your needs.

How long will the renders take?

Once we get started it will be 1 week for 3 renders, 2 weeks for 6 renders, 3 weeks for 9 etc. This is just a guide. There can be variations to the timeline depending on complexity of the job. This doesn’t include modeling time.
